Beef Barbecue

Ingredients

• 1 medium chuck roast
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 onion, chopped medium
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 cup water

Directions

   Chuck roast should already be cooked. I cook mine in the crock pot on low for 6 hours and then pull apart with two forks, discarding fat.

   Preheat oven to 350°F.

   Mix together all ingredients, and place in a casserole dish.

   Cook, uncovered, for one hour on 350°F.
