I like to serve these for lunch in the summer months. Focaccia is a great bread for sandwiches since usually they are seasoned with olive oil and herbs.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Cut bread in half horizontally to make 2 layers.
  2. 2
    Spread cut sides with sandwich spread.
  3. 3
    On bottom half, layer ham, onion, cheese and lettuce.
  4. 4
    Cover with top half of bread.
  5. 5
    Cut into 6 wedges and serve.
