DH begs for this. This was really good, similar to Campbell soup recipes, except that this was a cut above and had less salt. It came up to pressure quickly. From Toula Patsalis, "The Pressure Cooker Cookbook." This works fine in my Cook's Essentials 6-quart electric pressure cooker. Note that this recipe is almost, but not quite, identical to Recipe #230786 #230786.
