SERVES 1
Ingredients
- 15 ml vanilla syrup
- 15 ml irish cream syrup
- 3 scoops low-fat vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
- 1 cup milk
Directions

Combine the milk, syrups and two scoops ice cream or frozen yogurt in a blender. Blend until thick and creamy and pour into a glass. Top with remaining ice cream or frozen yogurt.

I used icecream in mine and my new blender made short work of this indeed.. as did I when it was ready ! This is a definiately a yummy recipe, as DH said "a milkshake for grownups" but Frappe does have a more sophisticated ring to it than that LOL. Please see my Rating System: 4 excellent stars for a recipe that could become more of a regular in my house than my diet plan would be pleased of ... but if you have to treat yourself then this wouldn't at all be a bad place to start. Thanks!
