I found this on a website, and have been using it for several years for Passover. It has always been a big hit with the family. You can make this year round as well.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Melt the chocolate with the butter, water and the coffee granules. Cool slightly.
  2. 2
    In a bowl, beat the egg yolks. Beat in 1 tablespoon sugar. Add to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
  3. 3
    In an other bowl beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add one tablespoon sugar and continue beating until soft peaks form. Gently add to the chocolate mixture until well combined.

    Refrigerate until ready to serve.

This recipe should be titled "Easy Chocolate Mousse" as it is so simple to put together. I made this for Buddha, putting it all into a small bowl, but helped him eat half as it's very addicting. Yummy quick recipe, thanks for posting. NOTE: Step #3 should read gently 'fold' into the chocolate mixture.

    Oh my, this was excellent! Easy to make too! I didn't have semi sweet chocolate, so used milk chocolate. Delicious! Thank you! My husband loved it as much as I did! Updated to add this made 4 servings in little custard cups.
