I made this recipe the other day. It was great!!! I It was the best I have ever made with AP flour. I made one pizza with marinara and mozzarella. I made the other with alfredo sauce(3258) as the sauce, then I heated some frozen italian chicken and sliced it. And I cooked some broccoli. Then placed the broccoli and chicken on top of the sauce. I then added some provolone cheese. It was great!

Used my Food Processor to mix it , not enough water in recipe for the amount of flour. Tried 4 cups of flour and 1 1/2 cups water and it was perfect. Also I used 2 TBS Brown Sugar, came out great. We BBQ pizza in a hot BBQ, will never use oven again, got a BBQ Pizza Pan at high end kitchen store that works perfectly. Cook on BBQ at 350 to 400 degrees for 16 mintues, crisp on bottom, great !!

This is an excellent starter recipe. It may help for beginners, however, to make sure their water is between 105-115 degrees F or the yeast will work, thus dough will not rise. I also added to this some dried oregno and dried basil, along with a premixed garlic herb spice. Not only does it smell awesome.. it adds sooo much flavor to the end result!! Also for beginners... you will know you've kneaded your bread enough when you touch it and it "bounces back"! Enjoy!
