This is a great recipe! I just finished baking my first batch and they are delicious! Of all the holiday goodies I have baked, this is by far my favorite! I definitely have to forward this to my mom.

I have made these for years. They are my DH and my own favorite cookies! I always make them as a bar and they make A TON of bars. They're great to take to school or a potluck as they make a lot and everyone loves them!

**JUST A NOTE- On the Nestle' butterscotch chip bag, it does say that you can use quick-cooking oats, too. Now, THESE ARE SOOOO GOOD! They're chewy, soft, and sweet. It seems like too many oats at first, but they come out perfect and give the cookies a great flavor and texture. I also undercook mine just slightly and they remain soft and chewy, but don't fall apart. Thanks for posting!
