ohh gosh this was good. i used veg. broth because i am non flesh consumer. i am a big spicy food fan and this was perfect. i get burned out on regular corn on the cob so i am glad i have got a new option.

This was easy to make while you are cooking the corn. It was a little spicy warm (but not enough for me). I believe it was the chicken broth that gave it a different, yet very good taste. I don't know how to explain it. The butter separated so I'm wondering if the heat was a little to hot. I spooned the mixture on my corn then I just put some in the middle of my plate and rolled the corn in it. I WELL be making this one again, thanks Barb!
